Integrated Diversified Private Equity
Integra is a private equity fund based in Belgium offering its investors an integrated platform for internationally diversified private equity investments, typically only accessible for institutional investors. Integra launched its first fund – Integra Fund – in 2018, with a capital base of EUR 157m raised from Belgian family offices, entrepreneurs and institutional investors. Integra Fund is close to fully committed, with a strong track record and significant value creation materializing.
In March 2022, Integra launched its second fund – Integra Global Fund – a private equity fund constructing an internationally diversified portfolio of more than 200 companies by combining fund investments in top-quartile private equity funds with direct co-investments in companies in collaboration with these funds. The current fund size of EUR 175m will be increased to more than EUR 250m in the course of 2023. Subscribing is possible with a ticket as from EUR 500.000. This amount will be gradually called over a period of 4 to 6 years.
